The Health Resources Center (HRC) was founded by Mr. Chen Jian Zhong. Twenty years ago Dr Sung Juei Low treated Mr. Chen who had health problems at that time. Mr. Chen decided to show his appreciation for Dr Sung's help by donating 5 million Taiwan dollars towards establishing the HRC in National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH).

The HRC was completed in 2003.  We at HRC are celebrating five years of service to the public this year.
