The hospital provides a wide variety of the programs for the residents who have completed their first year of residency training and those who are clinical/research fellows and physicians from abroad. The program offers flexible and personalized electives in various specialties and strives to create an opportunity to promote the exchange of experience of medical environment、medical culture、clinical management in the context of compassionate, patient-centered care. In the hospital, the program offers opportunities to experience the different disease pattern resulted from different cultural backgrounds.

The program functions to coordinate personalized academic activities of applicants’ chosen specialty. A local host to facilitate adaptation to local social and cultural contexts will be arranged for each applicant to make sure that every visitor enjoys his /her learning and living experience.
