健保署核定之高壓氧治療適應症：

• 減壓症(潛水病) (Decompression Sickness) / 空氣栓塞症 (Air or Gas Embolism)

• 氣體中毒(一氧化碳、氰化物中毒、煙霧吸入) (Carbon monoxide toxicity、Cyanide toxicity and smoke inhalation)

• 氣壞疽及厭氧性細菌感染 (Clostridial gasgangrene、Anaerobic bacteriodes infections)

• 壞死性軟組織感染及混和性細菌感染 (Necrotizing soft tissue infection and mixed infection)

• 放射性組織壞死
  • 骨壞死 (Osteoradionecrosis)
  • 放射性膀胱炎、放射性大腸炎 (Radiation cystitis、Radiation enteritis)
• 慢性復發性骨髓炎 (Refractory Osteomyelitis)
• 輾壓傷與間隔壓迫症候群及其他急性創傷性缺血 (Crush lnjury, Compartment Syndrome, and Other)
• 燒燙傷 (Thermal Burns) ╴急性燒二至三度燒灼傷，佔體表面積介於15%~90%。

備註: 需健保署事先審核的項目– 慢性復發性骨髓炎、肢體壓傷伴有創傷性出血、急性 2 ~ 3 度燒灼傷且佔體表面積介於 15 % ~ 90 %。
