經由海底暨高壓醫學會(美國)（Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society; UHMS）所訂定之高壓氧治療適應症*：

● 減壓症( Decompression Sickness)

● 空氣栓塞症( Air or Gas Embolism)

● 氣體中毒：一氧化碳、硫化氫、氰化物中毒等( Carbon monoxide poisoning)

● 氣壞疽及厭氧性細菌感染( Gas Gangrene；Clostridial Myonecrosis)

● 壞死性軟組織感染及混和性細菌感染( Necrotizing Soft Tissue；Infections and mixed infection)

● 慢性復發性骨髓炎( Refractory Osteomyelitis)

● 輾壓傷與間隔壓迫症候群及其他急性創傷性缺血( Crush injury, compartment syndrome, and other acute traumatic ischemia)

● 放射性阻織壞死：放射性骨壞死、放射性膀胱炎、放射性大腸炎( Osteoradionecrosis、Radiation cystitis、 Radiation enteritis)

● 急性燒燙傷：二至三度體表面積介於百分之十五至百分之九十( Thermal Burns)

● 傷口癒合不良：糖尿病、靜脈鬱血性潰瘍、褥瘡、動脈功能不足造成肢體潰瘍( Enhancement of Healing in Selected Problem Wounds ： Diabetically derived illness, such as diabetic foot、Venous stasis、Pressure)

● 大量出血及貧血( Exceptional Blood Loss；Anemia)

● 危急性皮膚及皮瓣移植( Skin Graft and Flaps ; Compromised)

​​● 不明原因引起突發性感覺神經性聽力喪失( Idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss)

● 腦膿瘍( Brain Abscess)
