• Our investigators worked as principal investigators of 15 international clinical trials.
• Our investigators worked as members of steering committees for 25 international clinical trials.

Important research outcomes: Two significant research publications in top international medical journal “The Lancet”.

• Our center supervised the research for the discovery that quadruple therapy is more effective than triple therapy in treating Helicobacter pylori and published “Sequential verses triple therapy for the first-line treatment of helicobacter pylori: a multicenter, open-label, randomized trial”. Published in 2013 in The Lancet, this research has changed the standard of global treatment for Helicobacter pylori.
• Our center also supervised the research of a national multi-center Phase III trial on using minocycline to treat pneumothorax. We revealed that combining minocycline and pleurodesis is more effective in preventing the relapse of pneumothorax than traditional treatment, also published in The Lancet in 2013, this research has changed the standard of global treatment for pneumothorax.3) 2010-
