Department of Ambulatory Service aims to be an empathetic and patient-centered unit that provides reliable and consistent service and responds to patients’ needs immediately. For the purpose of creating a hospital environment with humanistic concern, we establish the culture that values patients’ rights and safety, enhance control of abnormal events, and sustain an excellent service attitude.

Our mission
Department of Ambulatory Service is devoted to fortifying the service procedure by means of information technology. Intellectualization of our system helps improve the process of registering, consulting, and making payments and also optimize the electric payment service. Additionally, we promote the dual referral program in order to raise the convenience of outpatient visits and dual referrals and achieve a reduction in outpatient clinics. 


We share our service experiences from the main hospital to the other branches, learn innovative strategies from other medical institutions, and strive to partner with our patients and primary care institutions.
