Research Direction

1. Using ultrasound to assess swallowing function
2. Game-based biofeedback swallowing training program

 

Ongoing Research:

1. Using ultrasound to evaluate swallowing function in normal subject, neurogenic and structural dysphagia patients
2. Swallowing function in sarcopenia patients
3. Swallowing problems in Parkinson disease and the effects of swallowing training combined with game-based biofeedback
4. Using ultrasound to evaluate swallowing function in head and neck cancer patients
