Dr. Jung-Chi Chang is an attending psychiatrist with experiences in child and adolescent psychiatry, child protection, and general psychiatry. Dr. Chang has been interested in studies of neurodevelopment disorder (e.g., attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and autism spectrum disorder... etc.) using psychometric instruments, neurocognitive examination, and magnetic resonance imaging. He used neuroimage and machine learning approaches to investigate the treatment effect of methylphenidate in attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder population to identify related neural substrates. His current research focuses on the trajectory of brain changes of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and autism spectrum disorder with different image modalities to connect the structural and functional brain to clinical presentation.
