  • Professional summary

    Dr. Kevin Chien-Chang Wu serves as an attending psychiatrist, at the Department of Psychiatry, National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH) and an associate professor at the Department/Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Bioethics, National Taiwan University (NTU) College of Medicine. In addition to M.D., LL.B. and LL.M. degrees at National Taiwan University, he also received an LL.M. degree and a Ph.D. degree in Health Policy at Harvard University (2001-2005). Dr. Wu’s primary clinical and academic interests include forensic psychiatry, bioethics (including medical ethics), mental health law and policy, neuroethics and suicidology. He was the chairman of the Departments of Psychiatry at NTU College of Medicine and NTUH (2015-2018). In addition to being an attending psychiatrist, he is also the president of Taiwan Academy of Psychiatry and the Law, the executive director of Taiwanese Society of Psychiatry and the executive supervisor of Taiwan College of Psychiatry.
