※Location for Admission
- Both the Main Building (East Camplus) and the Children and Women Building (West Camplus)of the hospital handle admission procedures.
You can choose the entrance more convenient for you.

Fill out the ward admission form→Have your weight & height measurements taken, then take a number and wait for your turn→Go to the admission desk when your number is called→Complete the required tests and examinations(1.Urine 2. EKG 3. Blood 4.X-Ray)→Go to the nursing station to complete the admission process
※Items You Should Bring
- A suggested list of items to bring include:
(1) Alien Resident Certificate(ARC)or Passport
(2) National Health Insurance IC Card, if applicable
(3) Major Illness/Injury Card (Print), if applicable
(4) Other papers for preferential treatment (Ex: a tuberculosis manual), if applicable
(5) Names and phone numbers of family members or friends to contact in case of an emergency.
- The hospital offers two blankets to an inpatient. For those who want to accompany the inpatient, please bring your own personal care items (toiletries), clothes, and bedding.
- Please DO NOT bring valuable items, such as large amounts of cash or jewelry.
※Luggage
- The admission desk provides a luggage storage service (we recommend you do not leave valuable items there) for your convenience while undergoing admission examination.
※Leave Pass
- When leaving the hospital during your stay, fill out the “Patient Leave Application” ; Permission from the doctor is required. (National Health Insurance regulations prohibit overnight leave .)
- During the period of admission, patients may not use National Health Insurance for other health services. If other health services are provided, patient mustl pay the bills by themselves for these services.
※Companion Services
- Our hospital provides a companion service:(day time NT$1,300,at nightNT1400 per 12-hours shift, and NT$2,200 per 24- hours shift. Please contact the nursing station for details.

Note:
- National Health Insurance is limited for the Health Insurance Room (health care insurance pays NT$1,125/ day); the difference shall be paid for the special class room.
- If there is any discrepancy between the above table and the latest charge, it shall be based on the computer setting.
- Co-payment for a patient who has a severe illness identification card may be waived.
※Payment
The hospital only accepts cash (no credit card).
※Applying For Certificate
You may apply for Certificate with the administrative staff in the ward during the hospital stay or 2 days before the discharge.(General Diagnosis Certificate NT$100 dollars per each) After discharge, you have to register and visit the doctor as an outpatient to apply for a new certificate.
※Apply for Severe Illness Identification Card
The insured patient must be diagnosed with a severe illness by the doctor. If you are in accord with the condition illustrated before, please prepare a copy of your Identification Card and the application form filled by the doctor. The Medical Affairs Office counter will apply to the National Health Insurance Bureau for you.

~Discharge time is 12 at noon for most patients. Please make arrangements to leave the hospital no later than the specified discharge time.
