1. Contact IMSC by telephone, fax or email
 
2. Indicate desired service(s), physician, and time
 
3. After receiving adequate information, IMSC will contact you by telephone, fax or email
 
4. After determining your syndrome(s), IMSC will schedule an appointment for you
 
5. Arrive IMSC clinic by an appointed time
 
6. Outpatient Consultation
