Aim
1. To cultivate outstanding clinical dentist to possess adequate knowledge and skill in order to take place in the leadership in the prosthodontic aspect in Taiwan.
2. To strengthen the training standard of prosthodontic specialists, and as the same time, enhance the specialized ability of the training dentist.
3. For preparation of the further education and training center of the dental department, which establish the fundamental and leadership of prosthodontic training in Taiwan.
Training Course
Clinical aspect
Each trainee should participate the clinical practice at least 5 half days per week, under the guidance of the attending and visiting staffs. All of the training dentists should reach the minimum requirements of treatment with complete data collection of each patient. Certification of prosthodontic specialist training would only be given to those who complete the requirements stated above.
The quality of the treatment and service is maintained under the supervision of the attending staff during the training.

(2) Full documentation of each cases included, dental model cast, case analysis, interdisciplinary consultation and treatment planning. The complete case should include the initial photo, final photo, photo for lab procedures and radiographic examination before and after treatment.
Academic Course
In order to enhance the quality of specialist training, the course is designed based on the reference of World’s top dental colleges, which included the basic science knowledge of the clinical prosthodontics.
