Teaching Programs

The Department offers courses of various depth for medical and dental students: Internship in Emergency Medicine (M7), Emergency Medicine and Practice (M6 Ambulatory Medicine / Emergency Medicine and Practice (M5), Emergency Medicine (D5), Advanced Life Support (M6) are aimed at orienting students toward horizontal emergency medicine through lectures and practice. The Department offers a one-year Advanced Medical Study (AMS) with the University of Melbourne, as well as other international exchange programs. The regular academic activities include grand Round in emergency medicine, core curriculum, case conference, conferences on trauma, recent journal, patient safety, EMS / Disaster and toxicology.
