Please note:
- The order sheet of laboratory tests is valid for 52 weeks after the date of ordering.
- Fasting is required for fasting glucose test and triglyceride test. Other tests do not require fasting.
- Moderate water drinking is allowed for fasting and non-fasting blood tests.
- Please bring your Health Insurance ID card for the identification.
- Saturday：Children's hospital outpatient and reproductive medicine phlebotomy only.
- Win-Lin Branch hospitals can sample blood and transfer samples to National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH) Taipei, so that patients of Win-Lin branch do not need to go to NTUH Taipei for blood sampling.
