Pediatric COVID-19 Integrated Clinic

In order to provide medical care for children who had COVID-19 and require medical attention after the acute phase of the illness, National Taiwan University Children’s Hospital has established the "Pediatric COVID-19 Recovery Integrated Clinic". For children who still have health issues related to COVID-19 after acute infection, the responsible physician of pediatric infectious disease department will team up with doctors from relevant specialties (including pediatric pulmonology, cardiology, psychiatry, neurology, allergy and immunology, rheumatology, hematology/oncology, gastroenterology, dermatology, and rehabilitation) to provide integrated care together.

 

Target population: Children with relevant symptoms within 6 months after the acute phase of COVID-19 and diagnosed as long COVID syndrome by the responsible physician in the integrated clinic.

 

Appointment notes

Please schedule an appointment after the self-health management period has expired, and fill out the consent form and paper or online assessment form during the visit.

 

Integrated medical care model

After the responsible physician of pediatric infectious disease department examines the patient, other physicians from different departments will be arranged to provide medical care according to the patient's needs.

 

Appointment schedule

The second, third, fourth, and fifth Wednesday afternoon of each month at Clinic No.21, and every Friday afternoon at Clinic No.21.
