Allergy and Immunology Center

 Allergy and Immunology Center

Established in 2006, the Allergy and Immunology Center addresses the growing burden of allergic and immunologic diseases, which have shown a marked increase in prevalence in recent years. Conditions such as atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, asthma, and food allergies have become significant health concerns in Taiwan and globally. Simultaneously, advances in the understanding, diagnosis, and management of primary immunodeficiency disorders and pediatric rheumatologic diseases have underscored the need for specialized expertise and innovation in this field.

The mission of the Allergy and Immunology Center is to advance the scientific understanding of allergic and immunologic disease mechanisms and to develop novel, evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Through interdisciplinary collaboration among clinicians and researchers, and by fostering partnerships with leading international research institutions, we aim to establish a center of excellence recognized across Asia.
