Inside NTUH
Commodity stores are located on 1F and B1 of the East and West Campus main buildings, and on B1 of the Children's Hospital, providing various commodities.
 

Food Services
Several kinds of foods and beverages are provided on the East and West campuses, including coffee and snacks, fast food, vegetarian food, traditional snacks, Japanese and Korean style restaurants, sweets shops, and fruit shops.

• East Campus Main Building:
  In the lobby on the first floor, there is a convenience store open 24 hours. There is a food court in Market Square, which is on B1, In the food court, there are stores selling coffee, simple meals, fast food, vegetarian food, traditional Chinese snacks, Japanese and Korean style food and drinks, sweets and desserts, vegetables, etc.
• West Campus Original Building:
  In the lobby on the first floor, there is a coffee and dessert area. On 1F of the East 5 Wing, there is a convenience store. On B1, there is a food court with stores selling coffee, simple meals, traditional Chinese snacks, bakery, sweets and desserts, etc.
• Children's Hospital:
  ​On B1, there is a shopping and food court with a supermarket, and booths selling coffee, fast food, a variety of snacks, etc.
   

General Commodity Services
Cosmetics, pregnancy and infant supplies, medical supplies, and supplements (e.g. vitamins, etc.) are sold on the East and West campuses. There is also a supermarket and a bookstore located in Market Square on B1 of the East Campus Main Building.

  In Market Square on B1, there are stores selling cosmetics, pregnancy and infant supplies, medical supplies, and supplements (e.g. vitamins, etc.), as well as a supermarket and bookstore.
• West Campus Original Building:
  On B1, there are stores selling medical supplies and supplements (e.g. vitamins, etc.), as well as a supermarket and a music store, etc.
• Children's Hospital:
  On B1, there are stores selling medical supplies, children's books, children's toys, clothing, bedding, etc.
   

Postal and Banking Services

• East Campus Main Building：
  There is a Post Office and a Post-Office ATM located on the south side of the lobby.
  Two ATMs are located on the north side of the lobby in front of the coffee shop and a branch of the Taiwan Cooperative Bank (with ATMs) is located on B1.
• West Campus Original Building：
  ATMs are located on B1 near the West 1 Wing elevators and in the Jingfu Tunnel, on the right side when heading towards the East Campus.
• Children's Hospital：
  There is an ATM located near the pharmacy in the lobby, and another ATM is located in the convenience store on B1.
   

Fashion and Photo Services
There is a beauty salon, and a barbershop. A fast photo service is also available.

Free Wireless Internet Service
Free Wi-Fi Internet service is available in most of the NTUH public areas.
 

Loan of Wheelchairs and Other Aid Items
Wheelchairs are available at the three entrances of NTUH. Baby carriages, gurneys, and trolleys can also be borrowed by patients.
