4. Salary and Payments and Allowances

1. Annual Compensation  820000 NTD in average
2. Night Shift Allowance
3. Rotating Shifts
   (1)Evening Shift Allowance: NT$600 per shift
   (2)Night Shift Allowance: NT$840 per shift
4. Fixed Shift Assignment(Applicable to staff assigned to a fixed shift for 15 days or more per month)
   (1) Fixed Evening Shift Allowance: NT$840 per shift
   (2) Fixed Night Shift Allowance: NT$1,080 per shift
