In order to provide our patients with a safe, convenient, and comfortable environment, visitors to our hospital are requested to abide by the following rules:
(The following principles will be adjusted in response to the epidemic.)
As an administrative measure for this hospital during the endemic period, personnel entry and exit will be controlled as follows:
- Reservation of patient visit/accompanist
- Patient visit reservation rules: There is two fixed visit period for up to two visitors to stay one hour at most.
- Visit hour:
- Children’s Hospital/West Campus/ICU/Floors 3-8 of the East Campus: 11:00-12:00(※For epidemic prevention reasons, visitors to the ICU are only allowed to enter the hospital 20 minutes before their scheduled visiting time. Please enter the ICU at the specified time. Do not arrive too early. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.)
- Floors 9-15 of the East Campus: 14:00-15:00
- Palliative Care Ward:11:00-12:00 and 9:00-20:00
- Online reservations: The reservation is to be made before 24:00 of the day right before the patient visit. On the day of visit, carry the proof of reservation and present the reservation QR Code at the hospital entrance.
Patient Visit/Company Reservation System - dentification to present: Personal identification (for example, NHI card, national ID card or resident certificate).
- Tips: The use of video chat is recommended for those undergoing home isolation/quarantine or requiring health self-management.
- Individuals with infectious diseases (particularly respiratory diseases) and children under six should refrain from visiting. If a visit is necessary, such individuals are requested to put on face masks to prevent infections from spreading. In the event of special circumstances, such visitors shall be assisted and guided by our nursing staff.
- Before visiting a patient, visitors have to wash their hands or use a hand sanitizer.
- Please refrain from using your mobile phone in the ward. If you have to use your phone, please maintain some distance from any medical equipment or use it in the sun lounge, so as to avoid interfering with the normal operation of the medical equipment and ensure patient safety.
- In order to maintain a quiet environment in our wards, please speak quietly and put your phone on vibrate. Children should also not be allowed to play or make noise in a ward.
- Please keep your cash and valuables in a secure place and do not leave them lying around.
- In order to ensure a quiet environment in our wards, the smooth functioning of the hospital, and the privacy of our patients and medical staff, visitors are not allowed to visit, photograph, or record videos of the hospital's operating rooms, intensive care unit wards, delivery rooms, emergency rooms, burn center, isolation wards, outpatient clinics, and ward areas. If a patient, family member, or visitor intends to take photos or record videos of the hospital areas mentioned above (including the wards), he or she shall first inform the staff at the nursing station of the area in question, and seek the hospital's permission before doing so.
