Target Patients
Individuals who smoke, including those receiving medication management, health education, nursing guidance, and telephone consultation follow-ups.

Service Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM (Closed on weekends and public holidays)
Services Provided
1. Case Management
Manage cases in accordance with the Clinical Smoking Cessation Service Guidelines issued by the Health Promotion Administration and the operational requirements of the Medical Institutions Smoking Cessation Service Subsidy Program.
2. Smoking Cessation Support for Various Patient Groups
Provide smoking cessation case management for outpatients, inpatients, and emergency department patients, including:
Medication management
Health education and counseling
Telephone consultation and follow-up
Arranging smoking cessation outpatient visits, health education sessions, carbon monoxide testing, and follow-up appointments
Offering regular phone consultations and a dedicated phone line for smoking cessation inquiries
3. Individualized Smoking Cessation Support
Assist in arranging outpatient consultations for prescription medication, health education, or necessary tests
Monitor smoking reduction and withdrawal symptoms, providing nursing guidance accordingly
Offer necessary smoking cessation resources, including referrals to smoking cessation hotlines and continuous care
4. Shared Decision-Making for Smoking Cessation
Facilitate doctor-patient shared decision-making regarding smoking cessation through the discussion:
"I want to quit smoking—what are my options?"
5. Emotional and Psychological Support
Provide emotional support and guidance for patients and their families during the withdrawal period
Assess both physical and psychological stress
Offer necessary smoking cessation resources and, when appropriate, refer patients to dietitians or clinical psychologists
