Service Content

Provide continuous care, including nursing guidance and regular follow-up, based on the individual needs of oncology patients, and offer a single point of contact for consultation via official telephone.

Assess the healthcare needs of cancer patients and provide patient-centered, holistic, family-oriented, continuous, and comprehensive care.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to understand patients' care plans, assist physicians in explaining the treatment and care plans at each stage to patients, and help resolve issues.

Serve as a communication and coordination channel between other medical team members, assisting in resolving the health needs of cancer patients and their families.

Provide emotional support and care to patients and their families when facing diagnosis and treatment, and provide timely referrals as needed.

Responsible for telephone follow-up and consultation for cancer patients who have not received treatment or have interrupted treatment after diagnosis.
