- Carrying out inquiries of important medical deeds through correspondence and doing documentation of verification cases

- Collecting and safe-keeping historic written relics of the Hospital
- Official document delivery and postal services
- Managing official document filing and storage
3.Integrated Affairs Section
- Hospital history and museum projects
- Knowledge management system (KM)
- Annual report editing and management
- The Taiwan Health Promoting Hospitals Committee and serves as the liaison window for societies and associations.
