Our Services Provided
Both inpatients and clinic outpatients are our clients.
We provide services for patients and their families who have difficulties in coping with their emotional, psychological, financial and care problems arising from ill health.
We accept referrals from medical teams, external organizations, and patients themselves or their families.
Emotional Support
Team Coordination
Discharge Planning:
Attending discharge planning meeting.
Referring to community hospitals, nursing homes, day care centers, home-care services.
Social Welfare Resources Consultation:
especially the statutory welfare systems, for example, welfare services for the disabled.
Financial Assistance:
Medical cost and fee for hiring carers are common concern among our clients.
We do not only help them to apply for statutory welfare services, but also support them with our own emergency relief fund based on the economical situation and needs of each client.

How to make donation
We sincerely accept the individuals and business donations from anyone who is willing to help the patients coping with the challenges and problems caused by their illness or life changes. How to become a NTUH volunteer
We welcome the persons with energy and enthusiastic who are Above 18 years old and are willing to provide 3-4 hrs per week stably to join our valuable team to make a difference!
