Division of Neonatalogy

​About Us

The Division of Neonatology at NTUCH is committed to clinical diagnosis, patient care of critically ill neonates and infants and providing training for young physicians. Also, our team work together to conduct basic and clinical research studies to improve clinical care and through our integrated research, education and multi-disciplinary approach, we aim to continuously refine our care and improve the survival of premature infants here at NTUCH.


Clinical Services​​​

We are expertise in caring for ill newborn in critical condition, extreme preterm babies, infants with congenital anomalies and those who carried through high-risk pregnancies. As a multi-disciplinary care, we take care prematurity, infants with congenital anomalies and have close collaboration with obstetricians, pediatric surgeons, radiologists, cardiologists, respiratory therapist, pharmacologists, physiotherapist, and nutritionist. From 2016 to 2017, we have outstanding achievement in the care of prematurity with lowest morbidity such as BPD and other complications in Taiwan. As one of the best medical center in North Taiwan, we work closely with local clinics and other hospitals for referring any critically-ill infants to our NICU.
