How do I cancel or change an appointment? Are there any restrictions?

- You can cancel the morning appointment no later than 9:30 of the appointment date. An afternoon appointment can be cancelled no later than 14:00 of the appointment date. Cancellation can be done by phone, internet, through a Kiosk machine or at a registration counter.
- You can change your appointment only one time. Change can be done by phone, or at a registration counter.

What should I do if my computer cannot access the registration page of NTUH's website?

Please try to access the registration page using another ISP (Internet Service Provider). If the connection is successful, please contact your ISP (either broadband or dialup) to find a solution. If you are still not able to access, please check your browser settings to see if the “proxy server” option is being selected. If yes, please remove the setting. If you still have difficulties accessing the page, please contact NTUH IT service desk at +886-2-2312-3456 ext. 61120, or email us at service@ntuh.gov.tw.
