▍研究方向
本人利用斑馬魚探討 BVES 基因如何經由調控細胞間交界蛋白的表現,進而影響各器官發育的角色,本人發現 Bves 會透過 aPKC 調控 tight junction 的形成,並影響斑馬魚皮膚的 barrier 功能而產生魚體水腫,甚至造成胚胎發育時的缺陷,包括眼球發育凌亂及腦部結構發育異常(特別是腦室發育),因此我們認為 Bves 對胚胎發育的確會造成一系列的影響,尤其是神經系統。此外,本人也利用斑馬魚建立眼睛的疾病模式 ROP model 及條件式基因剃除模式。
